Training Log week of 8/29/2009

Work has been keeping me busy this week. Keeping up with training but not the blog. Here is the week summary: Up to 7 mile runs and 35 mile bike rides. 2 of each this week. I am developing a new training. Muscle and leg training too. I did 3 miles on the treadmill at 10% grade. Kicked my legs. Working to keep a 10 minute mile pace.
