The shoes are done. The soles are getting hard and my feet are a little sore. 300+ miles and these go on the wall. They are my trophies. Going to Track Shack tomorrow to pick up a new pair. Ran a good 5.6 miles tonight. Legs feel good. About 15 minute before I ran I ate 3/4 of a “Lemon Sublime GU Energy Gel” and hydrated. It doesn’t taste the best, but it gave me energy in during the run.
